Dealer Qualifications & Requirements

·          Complete Dealer Application and sign Dealer Agreement

·          Fax Your Business License

·          Fax Your Sales Tax Certificate

·          Fax Federal ID Certificate

 

Payment Terms & Options

·          Open Account Credit Available for approved dealers.

·          Prepaid Cashiers Check, Company Check, Money Order or Credit Card.

·          Return Checks are subject to $25.00 service charge and all bounced checks reported to credit bureau. Return checks may revoke dealer credit privileges.

Credit Policies

·          All accounts must have a 6 month order history, before an open line of credit will be considered unless otherwise authorized by our account executive.

·          Imposition of a late charge up to 1.5% per month on past due accounts.

·          Failure to meet agreed credit terms subject to termination of credit privileges.

Shipping Terms

·          Godspeed Wheels has special rates with many LTL freight carriers and our shipping rates are extremely competitive.

·          Select accounts may qualify for free freight on all freight carrier shipments predicated on volume.

·         For Domestic U.S. and Canada Shipments, our primary carrier is UPS. UPS ground Service is generally (1-5 business days depending on zone) for in-stock items. This is the most economical shipping method. Expedited shipping options are available.

·         Godspeed Wheels does not accept C.O.D. If credit terms have not been extended, all orders are to be prepaid including handling and freight.

International Shipping Terms

·          All international shipments must be prepaid in full via wire transfer or company check prior to departure.

·          Our preferred International Shipping Carrier for less than container load quantities is UPS Air in which we have exceptional rates. Shipping service for UPS Air is generally (3-7 business days) for in stock items.

 

Return Policy

·          Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. There are No Exceptions.

·          A 20% Restocking Fee may be assessed on all return shipments.

·          All return or exchanged merchandise must be unused and in the original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched will be allowed.

·          An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) must be obtained before any returns can be made. Any returns sent without RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the returned packaging will be refused.

·          The RMA#/Form does not imply a replacement or refund. All Returns will be inspected by a shipping administrator prior to acceptance of return.

·          All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Any shipments sent freight collect will be refused and returned to shipper. We suggest that you always insure returned shipments against loss or damage. Dealer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs for return of all returns including defective merchandise purchased from Godspeed Wheels. Refused Shipments are not allowed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

·          For truck freight shipments always inspect your merchandise upon arrival while the carrier is present. If your shipments is has any shortages or discrepancies be sure to note this on your freight bill and have the driver initial when signing.

 

Shipping Errors

·          In the event that you receive an incorrect item(s) due to our shipping error, we will arrange for pickup of the incorrect items and ship the correct items or issue credit accordingly.

·          You must report any shipping errors within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

Pricing

·          Godspeed Wheels offers special pricing based on quantity purchases.

·          All prices for Godspeed Wheels products are FOB our warehouse(s) and do not include shipping; handling charges or taxes (if applicable).

·          All Prices are subject to change without notice. Godspeed Wheels is not responsible to honor misprint of pricing.

 

Termination and Agreement

·          Godspeed Wheels reserves the right to terminate any account who fails to meet our dealer requirements or terms and conditions.

·          You agree that any legal action brought against/from "Godspeed Wheels" shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on "Godspeed Wheels" shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Bartow County in the State of Georgia.



PRODUCT WARRANTY:

Godspeed Wheels warrants that wheels manufactured by us will be free from structural failure as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Godspeed Wheels further warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by Godspeed Wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase. Surface rust can be prevented by proper care and is not covered by this warranty. Polished and billet aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance. Their finish is not covered by this warranty.

Godspeed's Black Chrome Wheels are a go through a special plating processes and are protected by a liquid clear. Such finishes must be properly maintained which includes, only washing the product with standard soap and water. As such Godspeed Wheels has warning labels attacjed tp eacj amd every wheel packaged wheel to insure proper care and upkeep. Any wheel that has been pressure washed by high psi machines and/or any other chemical and/or cleaning components can and may void the finish warranty.

GODSPEED WHEELS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER this warranty shall be to repair or replace at GODSPEED WHEELS' sole discretion without charge, any GODSPEED WHEELS product that does not conform to this warranty and is returned, with a copy of the original sales receipt or other satisfactory evidence of date of purchase, to the dealer from whom the product was originally purchased. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal or installation. IN NO EVENT SHALL GODSPEED WHEELS HAVE ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty is not applicable to GODSPEED WHEELS' products if:

A. Damage occurred due to failure to follow the complete instructions in the Owner's Manual or warning labels, supplied with each wheel;
B. Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance, other then the recommended procedures that are included in the Owner's Manual supplied with each  wheel;
C. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions;
D. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of racing applications.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY GIVEN BY GODSPEED WHEELS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
 
This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any GODSPEED WHEELS products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than GODSPEED WHEELS shall be binding upon GODSPEED WHEELS. GODSPEED WHEELS are not designed to be mounted with any accessories or adapters, etc., other than those supplied and or approved by GODSPEED WHEELS and damage caused by any such other accessories or adapters is not covered by this warranty.

IMPORTANT
All warranty returns will be reviewed by GODSPEED WHEELS warranty return center. If returned products are found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense. All allegedly defective merchandise must be received at our facility for inspection prior to any replacements being sent to the purchaser of the product. All 3rd party transit charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event Godspeed Wheels renders judgment to provide a replacement at no charge it is the simple and industry standard obligation of the purchase to send back the product(s) as his or her own expense.
